1. Subscription Refunds

All payments are processed through Paddle. We offer refunds for purchases made within 14 DAYS of the original payment date.

Refunds requested after this window will not be accepted.

3. Paddle Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund processing times typically take 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.

5. No Refunds for Partial Use

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, downgraded plans, or unused features outside the 14-day refund window.
